As a Gutter Installer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' satisfaction by inspecting sites, taking precise measurements, and executing flawless installations. But that's not all – you'll also be delving into facia and soffit as well as tackling various other gutter related tasks, all while comfortably navigating ladders and confined spaces.
Responsibilities of our Gutter Installer include meticulously inspecting sites, estimating time and material costs, and fabricating or adjusting components as needed. We're seeking someone who can expertly align brackets, seal gaps with precision caulking, and source the perfect replacement gutters when required. Above all, we value individuals who are dedicated to continually improving their skills and efficiency.
Lead Gutter Installer Responsibilities:
- Lead a crew
- Conduct thorough site inspections and address any hazards.
- Provide accurate time and material cost estimates.
- Ensure precise alignment using levels and measuring tools.
- Securely mount brackets by drilling holes as needed.
- Seal gaps and joints effectively with caulking.
- Source appropriate replacement gutters when necessary.
- Fabricate required components with precision and care.
- Maintain physical fitness to perform duties safely and effectively.
Gutter Installer Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience working on roofs and using power tools is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical strength and good balance for working at heights.
- Drivers license

Pay and Schedule:
- $27.50 per hour depending on experience
