Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead and oversee gutter and roofing installation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage installation crews, fostering a productive and positive team environment.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, adherence to specifications, and compliance with safety standards.
Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the installation process, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Operational Efficiency: Implement best practices and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
CRM Management: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage project schedules, track client interactions, and maintain accurate records.
Payment Collection: Oversee the collection of payments from clients, ensure timely invoicing, and follow up on overdue payments.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a project management role within the construction or home improvement industry, specifically with gutters and roofing.
