Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction techniques and be proficient in the use of both hand and power tools. This role involves the installation of various materials and structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The Installer will work closely with project managers and other team members to complete installations efficiently and effectively.
Duties
- Perform installations of cabinets, tiles, masonry, and other construction elements according to project specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements and layout.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various installation tasks.
- Conduct concrete finishing and caulking as needed for different projects.
- Assist in construction estimating by providing input on material needs and labor requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools are accounted for after use.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or as an installer in a relevant field.
- Strong skills in masonry, tile laying, cabinet installation, concrete finishing, caulking, and blueprint reading.
- Proficiency in the use of power tools and hand tools required for installation tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
