Be a part of our growth as a Brand Ambassador/Lead Generator Specialist!
You will earn a starting hourly base of $18.00 plus UNCAPPED MONTHLY BONUSES, with an opportunity for an hourly rate increase after the first 90 days depending on performance and results.
We are looking for a well-spoken, energetic Lead Generation Specialist to explain our Gutter Helmet products and services to homeowners visiting a variety of events, festivals, and retail locations throughout the greater Philadelphia area.
As a lead generation position, this role requires the ability to have conversations with ease, answer questions and keep a positive attitude. A very independent position, Lead Generators travel to and from events, transport and setup & dismantle display items so reliable transportation is required.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Transporting, setting up & dismantling a variety of display equipment (display tables, banners, table displays & signage, tents/canopies & weights for outdoor events)
- Being friendly, engaging and igniting brand/product awareness about Lednor Home Solution products.
- Setting qualified appointments
- Meeting or exceeding appointment-setting goals within system guidelines
- Handling every prospect and customer with best-in-class product knowledge, knowledge of competitive products, empathy, and world class service
- Communicate end of shift results and other reports as required via email or text.

Our Requirements:
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Valid state driver’s license required.
- Ability to comfortably approach and interact with the public.
- Enthusiastic attitude and the ability to speak clearly and confidently.
- Be able to work weekends and additional days during the week.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to set up demonstration space
- Pass a pre-employment background check
