What are the responsibilities and job description for the Appointment Setter – Gutter Services position at Gutter Professor?
We’re hiring energetic and motivated Appointment Setters to join our fast-growing gutter service team in Tampa, Cape Coral, and Sarasota. This is not a work-from-home role – we’re looking for people who love getting out, engaging with the community, and making things happen!
What You’ll Do:
- Set appointments for our gutter service specialists
- Engage with potential customers face-to-face in designated areas
- Represent our company with professionalism and confidence
Pay Structure:
- Guaranteed minimum of $15/hour
- $10 per confirmed appointment (after the first 65 per week)
- First 65 appointments cover your base weekly pay ($650/week)
- Evening (after 5 PM) and weekend appointments pay $15 each
- Opportunity to earn well beyond base pay with strong performance!
