What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gutter Installer position at GutterPatrol & WindowShine, Inc.?
We are seeking an experienced Gutter Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various installation tasks and construction-related activities. We are seeking someone with at least two years of experience.
This position will at times also provide gutter cleaning, gutter repair, and gutter guard installation services, as well as window cleaning and pressure washing. We need a team player who can help out where needed.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to carry, set up, and use up to 30' ladders
- Ability to safely climb/use ladders with a 225 pound weight capacity
- Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel in sometimes precarious positions
- Ability to carry 50lb as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods
Other Requirements:
Must have current driver's license and decent driving record

PAY SCALE
$25-$35 per hour depending on experience.
We do three performance reviews during your first year with the opportunity to increase pay by $1-$2/hr at each review. Thereafter, annual reviews offer the opportunity to receive further pay increases of 5-10% depending upon performance.
Employees often receive tips ranging from $200-$500/month!

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
