Job Requirements
The Sales & Business Development Manager will require a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and at least five years of progressive commercial sales experience. The ideal candidate will have experience training and developing new employees and utilizing creativity to create customized training programs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales representatives to maximize performance and evaluate various selling techniques.
- Allocate and distribute inbound sales leads to appropriate sales reps.
- Participate in the interviewing and hiring process for new sales representatives.
- Develop goals and milestones for sales representatives to reach throughout the first year.
- Train sales representatives on general industry information and how it relates to the Guttman Fleet Solutions program.
- Conduct weekly meetings with sales representatives to develop customized strategies.
- Join sales representatives for in-person or video meetings to discuss strategic prospects and customers.
