Job Overview
The Sales & Business Development Manager will manage a team of sales representatives, train new hires, and create coaching plans to maximize performance. The role involves identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the strategic direction of the Fleet Solutions sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve high performance and evaluate various selling techniques.
- Distribute incoming sales leads to the right sales reps.
- Participate in the hiring process and train new sales representatives.
- Set goals and milestones for sales representatives to reach within the first year.
- Train sales reps on industry information and its relevance to the Guttman Fleet Solutions program.
- Hold weekly meetings with sales reps to develop tailored strategies.
- Identify and present new business opportunities to the VP of Fleet Solutions.
