Duties & Responsibilities:

· Welcome all guests

· Follows all steps of signature service

· Knowledgeable of bar drinks and food items

· Suggestively sells daily features and specials

· Treats the guests as family

· Anticipates guests needs

· Serve hot food hot and cold food cold

· Team player

· Maintains a clean and organized station

· Believes in SAFETY to protect the guests and other team members

· Team Member may be required to perform other duties

· Have fun!

Requirements:

· Flexibility to work varied shifts to include days and nights, weekends and holidays

· A minimum of 6 months' work experience in a high-volume restaurant that serves alcohol

· Smart Server card required

· Must be at least 18 years of age

· Enjoy interacting with families and children

· Ability to work in fast paced environment

· Ability to stand for long periods of time

· Enjoy having fun!
