Momentum Hospitality Group is looking for energetic and driven candidates to join of the most sought after brands in the restaurant industry! Guy Friei's Mt. Pocono Kitchen is seeking a qualified restaurant leader to oversee a high-volume casino location. Applicant should have previous leadership experiences with strong interpersonal skills, strong coaching skills and organizational style with a keen eye for detail. The position is responsible for the ensuring that service runs smoothly and exceeds brand standard. Position is also responsible for administrative duties including but not limited to, scheduling, ordering, POS system, HR related tasks, onboarding new team members, and the ability to understand key performance indicators to appropriately staff restaurant and manage business.
As a General Manager, you will play an integral role in all areas of operations, from basic restaurant operations, guest relations, employee relations, and shift management to team building. You will work closely with our executives and ownership, learning the ins and outs of the business, with the ultimate goal of increasing profits by building sales and budgeting expenses. Key Requirements:
· 2 years’ experience in a leadership role or college degree in hospitality or business
· Friendly demeanor

· Front of the house service experience

Responsibilities:
· Present on the floor, ensuring service runs smoothly, standards are met consistently and team is working efficiently.
· Supervising front of the house staff and stewarding team
. Maintining a well-trained staff and onboarding new hires.
· Fostering a team environment where team members are committed to working together to create a great customer experience
· Communicating effectively with host team and kitchen to ensure service is smooth, wait time is kept to a minimum and dining room is properly rotated to ensure smooth service
· Interacting with every table to ensure guest satisfaction and provides service recovery as needed
. Creating employee schedules that adhere to budget.
. Ordering, maintining inventory, and achieving controllable budgets.
