Billing Specialist (Warehouse/Storage Facility)
Location: Rock Hill SC
Requirements:
Need to have a working knowledge of the storage process - from load dispatch to or from the warehouse through collection of customer invoice. Must be detail oriented.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in managing inventory of the warehouse, as well as all incoming and outgoing inventory
- Responsible for obtaining purchase orders for all incoming and outgoing inventory
- Responsible for creating and distributing all invoices through mail, email, or customer portal entry
- Communicate with customers with questions about invoices
- Responsible for any necessary collections of invoices
Individual must have
- Working knowledge of Quick Books
- Extensive knowledge/experience with Excel
Computer Applications (preferred, but not required):
- TMW Systems
- Quick Books
- Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
- OnBase Unity Client
Some knowledge of Transportation, TMW Systems, and OnBase Unity Client is a plus.
