Guy M Turner Inc / Turner Transfer is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team at our Greensboro NC office. This in-person role focuses heavily on invoice creation, customer follow-up, and portal-based billing - primarily using QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and distribute customer invoices
- Manage billing follow-ups and respond to customer inquiries
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer(s)
- Create invoices and enter purchase orders in QuickBooks
- Determine the correct portal based on PO and upload invoices accordingly
- Navigate customer-specific portals
- Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with PO terms
- Maintain detailed records and status updates on all billing activity
Required Qualifications:
- Strong experience with QuickBooks (billing/invoicing functions)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and organization
- Strong follow-up skills and persistence
- Tech-savvy; able to navigate multiple online portals efficiently
