Position Requirements
Experience :
3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a related role.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and / or Service Cloud is preferred.
Skills :
Proficient in Salesforce configuration and reporting tools.
Strong understanding of business processes and Salesforce capabilities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
