PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Call on Warranties that have suspended in order to explain Preventive maintenance and how to get their warranties active again.
• Prepare Preventive maintenance quotes for supervisor to price and send out.
• Log all Preventive maintenance to make certain the warranties are active
• Enter Warranty Transfer Opportunities and follow through until the transfer, inspection and Preventive maintenance are complete.
• Follow up on all Service quotations that are “New” and “Pending” and document all information.
• Set and follow through on Daily Tasks
• Contact Salesmen when needed to follow up with customers questions or needs.
• Go through existing Opps and update Closing Dates as necessary
• Enter Accounts, Opps, and cases as needed

• Experience with QuickBooks software desired
