Travel Field Manager

The Field Manager inspects the ongoing quality and completion of residential services. Assures that the quality of the work meets or exceeds the project’s contractual requirements and helps lead the culture of quality on the jobsite.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Oversee jobs to ensure a quality inspection.
• Complete final inspections to confirm quality completion of job.
• Communicate with customers as needed and address their concerns.
• Inspect and evaluate the adequacy of work performed by crew members.
• Resolve issues by documenting and taking photos to submit to work order specialist.
• Follow through with subcontractors to ensure work orders are completed within the expected timeframe and meets customer expectations.
• Respond to requests from internal sources as needed.
• Purchase building supplies as needed.
• Close jobs and work orders with final QC inspections, ensuring customer is satisfied, remove material, or miscellaneous items from premises.
• Work within the required safety guidelines.
• Complete all required paperwork promptly and accurately.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years proven experience.
• OSHA 30hour certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record with no moving violations.
• Knowledge of a wide range of construction/roofing materials, methods, and techniques.
• Ability to read customer orders and follow safety regulations.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple highprofile tasks.
• Strong problemsolving abilities.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and professional personal presentation.
• Great attention to detail.
