- Provide materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services; supervising staff.
- Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements.
- Control and manage inventory.
- Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job.
- Enforce all company rules and regulations.
- Develop and monitor procedures for safety and security of warehouse environment and all goods.
- Communicate with drivers to ensure delivery of products.
- Oversee all warehouse employees, including creating schedules, providing coaching and mentoring, and issuing corrective action when required.
- Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly.
- Inspect condition of tools and equipment.
- Follow all company and safety regulations.
· Respond to telephone and electronic communications.· Perform word processing, photocopying, faxing, data entry, scanning, and other administrative duties.· Additional responsibilities as assigned.Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:
