Summary

As an Estimator at Guzzi Masonry & Paving LLC, you will be instrumental in assessing project costs and ensuring accurate estimates for our construction projects. This role is vital to our mission of maintaining high standards in project delivery while optimizing cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Encounter customers and answer all questions
• Measure project area to give proper dimensions for job requirements
• Use our prices to add correct pricing for the job dimensions
• Great customer care

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an estimator in the construction industry, preferably in masonry or paving, or willing to train.
• Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
• Excellent skills in cost control.
• Familiarity with iPad and QuickBooks.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients.
• Knowledge of construction site practices is beneficial.

A company vehicle will be provided and a gas card. You will also be provided a iPad to input all data for our clients.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
