YOUR LIFE AS AN HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
This heating and air conditioning dispatch position is full-time and typically works Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM with 30 minutes for lunch.
As an entry-level HVAC Customer Service Representative, you play a vital role in the operations of our office as you work with our customers and dispatch our technicians. Every day, you cheerfully answer incoming phone calls from clients. Using your knowledge of heating and cooling systems, you respond to each customer's questions and concerns. If you don't have the answers the client is looking for, you direct the phone call to the appropriate person. Always highly organized, you schedule appointments for services and consultations. Additionally, you follow up with past clients to ensure that their systems are satisfactory. You get great satisfaction from helping our customers live more comfortable lives!
