Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various production tasks, ensuring the efficient operation of the assembly line, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Duties

• Operate and maintain various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist in the assembly and fabrication of products according to specifications.
• Perform tasks on the assembly line, ensuring quality control standards are met.
• Support warehouse operations by organizing materials and maintaining inventory levels.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
• Operate forklifts as needed for material handling (certification may be required).

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is essential.
• Ability to work effectively on an assembly line with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided.
