Plan and direct Admissions staff in daily operations; serve as primary residency and international student coordinator for the college. Act in lead role for increasing conversion rate of applicants to students status. Resolve student applicant challenges and issues that arise. Under the direction of the Dean of Enrollment Services, supervises and implements the college Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) plan. This includes working with all Enrollment Services to ensure a student-centered approach to recruitment, admission, and enrollment of new students. This position is responsible for hiring, orientating, training, and supervising admissions/recruitment and administrative staff. This position also manages the computer lab.
