Reporting directly to the President of Aculocity with a dotted line to the holding company, this role ensures the organization remains resilient against emerging cyber risks while driving innovation in security technologies and best practices.
The Manager must continuously evaluate and enhance security measures to address evolving threats such as AI-driven attacks, quantum computing vulnerabilities, and sophisticated ransomware. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a scalable, cost-effective cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives and evolving threats.
- Lead risk assessment initiatives, identifying vulnerabilities and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee enterprise-wide security policies, protocols, and governance, ensuring compliance with global regulations.
- Integrate advanced threat intelligence, AI-driven monitoring, and predictive analytics to proactively mitigate risks.
- Foster collaboration between IT, Legal, Compliance, and business units to align security with enterprise objectives.
- Drive the adoption of Zero Trust security architecture, secure cloud operations, and next-gen endpoint protection.
- Lead incident response efforts, ensuring rapid detection, containment, and resolution of security incidents.
- Conduct regular cybersecurity awareness training to reinforce security-first thinking across the organization.
- Measure security effectiveness through KPIs, dashboards, and continuous improvement frameworks.
- Oversee vendor security assessments, ensuring third-party providers align with cybersecurity best practices.
- Proven leadership experience in cybersecurity, with a track record of building and executing enterprise security programs.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, and ITIL.
- Expertise in cloud security, Zero Trust architecture, and AI-driven cybersecurity solutions.
