BASE COMMISSION FULL-TIME SALES OPPORTUNITY

Graphic World, Inc. is an eLearning and publishing services company headquartered in St. Louis, MO, with operations in the US and India. We are looking to add a full-time eLearning Sales Representative to our team. This position offers base commission, and a comprehensive benefits package. Some travel will be necessary, percentage to be determined.
GOALS
As a Sales Representative, your main goals are to grow top-line revenue by adding sales from new customers and developing a robust pipeline of opportunities in identified target segments. This position would consult closely with department heads on our operations team. You would also be responding to RFPs. Experience working with governmental agencies or pharmaceutical companies is a huge plus!
We expect occasional travel to industry trade shows/conferences, exact percentage to be determined. Experience working in that environment with skills in networking and public speaking is a must.
In addition to sales duties, you will be working with the leadership and marketing teams as we work on exciting initiatives for 2025 and beyond, positioning GW as an expert in the corporate eLearning space.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Our ideal candidate has a proven track record selling Instructional Design and Content Development services to corporate clients, with a lengthy list of contacts in the Corporate Learning and HR Training industries. They are a self-starter who is persistent, passionate, and willing to go the extra mile to reach their goals.
EXPERIENCE
- Experienced with selling instructional Design and Content Development services to corporate, governmental, or pharmaceutical clients
- Experience selling in the eLearning industry
- Experience selling editorial services
- Experience selling project management and/or production services
- Comfortable managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to close
- Competence and relevant experience in representing company in roundtables, conferences, and trade shows

- Able to quickly master product knowledge about the services being sold
- Upbeat, honest, confident, and passionate about their work
- Ability to communicate the technology trends and practices prevalent in the EdTech ecosystem
