This position offers an optional hybrid work schedule, working three days in our South Sioux City, Nebraska office and two days working from home.

An experienced hire in this role will be considered to work fully remotely.

In this role, youll serve as a strategic leader, driving key initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Youll oversee all aspects of the project lifecyclefrom planning and design to execution and deliverywhile collaborating with stakeholders across the company. Youll play a pivotal role in managing large-scale IT projects, working closely with business partners, leadership, and executive teams. Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Execution Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.

Risk Management Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address roadblocks to keep projects on track.

Budget & Resource Management Oversee project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.

Performance Monitoring Track project progress using key performance indicators (KPIs), provide regular status reports, and drive continuous improvement.

Process Optimization Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, improve efficiency, and implement best practices in project management.

Leadership & Team Coordination Guide project teams, facilitate collaboration, and ensure clear communication of roles, responsibilities, and expectations.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree required.

PMP certification preferred.

Guidewire experience preferred.

P&C experience preferred.

Project management work experience leading complex projects.

Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

The ability to take the initiative, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
