Description
The GWCCA is currently seeking a PART-TIME WAREHOUSE CLERK to join our team. This role is integral in ensuring the highest level of customer experience and satisfaction. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure timely and accurate receipt of incoming Purchase Orders
- Ensure company material is properly maintained and organized
- Responsible for receiving and storing stock items
- Responsible for issuing stock items to other departments as needed in a timely manner
- Loads, unloads, moves product (including main and satellite warehouses); operation of basic and advanced warehouse vehicles (i.e., electric pallet jack and/or forklift)
- Inspect incoming packages for damage and promptly report issues to management
- Perform courier duties for the GWCC Purchasing Department
- Other duties as assigned by GWCC Management

- Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage workload
- Time management skills
- Must demonstrate self-initiative and personal accountability
- Must be able to perform entry level computer skills and use of technology
- Thoroughness in task completion and follow through
- Willingness to work collaborative and foster a team-oriented environment
- Ability to work an irregular work schedules as required to perform duties and responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma / GED
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Minimum one (1) year of warehouse/inventory/distribution experience a plus but not required
