You will be provided with hands-on guidance from our first-class partnerships team to learn the ins and outs of both the department and the sports partnerships industry. This position will work closely with the partnerships, marketing, ticket sales, and operations departments, providing significant learning opportunities both in office and across the ballpark. This person will have a chance to learn throughout their season-long role and grow within the organization, both locally and with Diamond Baseball Holdings, currently the largest owner of Minor League Baseball teams.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing game day activations including communicating with corporate partners, setting up activation spaces, and assisting with on-field promotions
- Help to collect photos, videos, and metrics of partnership assets to be used for end of the season recap presentations
- Serve as the point person for Gwinnett Stripers Food Trade Program on game days
- Provide consistently excellent customer service to all existing and potential clients.
- Professionally represent the organization at business and community functions
- Assist with other roles as necessary
- Maximum of 20 hours per week (averaged over 2-week pay periods)
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; BA preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills a must
- Exceptional organizational habits and ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Excel, and Word – is a plus
- The ability to thrive in a competitive, fun, fast paced environment
- Ability to work long hours, weekends, and occasional holidays
- Ability to exert light physical effort which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of objects and materials of light weight.
- Must complete a successful comprehensive background check
- Flexible schedule: available April - September; able to work nights and weekends on non-game days as needed
- Bilingual is a plus
