Known for developing Major League talent and engaging the community, the Stripers honor local culture with initiatives like Copa de la Diversión and themed games. The Gwinnett Stripers are a proud member club of Diamond Baseball Holdings (DBH). DBH was formed in 2021 to support, promote, and enhance Minor League Baseball through best practices, professional management, innovation, and investment.
Position Overview :
The Creative Services Intern will assist the Marketing department in all aspects of the in-game entertainment and creative processes. The Marketing department oversees all video editing, graphic design, animations, game-day entertainment production, and marketing collateral.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Creating video and motion graphics content for use in-ballpark and other platforms
- Assist in the control room doing a variety of roles. Some of these roles include directing, technical directing, camera operating, replay, Xpression, shading, scoring, music, etc.
- Assist with the set-up and execution of video shoots
- Assist with loading-in graphics, headshots, and videos on game-days
- Communicate effectively with members of the production and promotional teams to ensure an organized show and positive fan experience
- Shoot and gather footage on game-days
- Brainstorm and pitch ideas and concepts
- Handle equipment in a courteous and respectful manner; troubleshooting repairs as necessary
- Support social media efforts across platforms like Facebook, X, Instragram, etc.
- Assist with other departments and ballpark duties as needed
