The Position:
Are you a dynamic and client-focused professional ready to make a significant impact in the world of SaaS onboarding? gWorks is seeking an enthusiastic Engagement Manager to join our Onboarding Team. This is a unique opportunity to guide clients through the adoption of our innovative software, ensuring they experience seamless transitions and robust usage. As the primary liaison between gWorks and our clients during onboarding, you will play a critical role in their journey toward success with our products.
The Expectation:
- Client Guidance: Lead clients through the adoption of gWorks software, including modules related to Mapping, Work Management, Accounting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, Payroll, Utility Billing, and Citizen Engagement.
- Primary Contact: Act as the main point of contact for clients during onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
- Project Management: Manage multiple onboarding projects, monitor client progress, and gather feedback to enhance the onboarding process.
- Coaching: Provide regular coaching to clients to drive product adoption and utilization.
- Data Analysis: Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to measure client success and offer insights to the Client Success team.
- Documentation: Document and track onboarding progress, maintaining clear communication throughout.
- Improvement Identification: Identify areas for improvement in onboarding processes and software functionalities.
- Contribution: Assist in the design and implementation of software improvements based on client feedback.

The successful Engagement Manager will have:
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a municipal front office and/or municipal Human Resources function is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience or a college degree in business, IT, or a related field.
- Expertise in software and technology, particularly SaaS.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage client onboarding and software adoption effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Ability to balance commitment, responsibility, authority, and accountability.
