The Production Control Coordinator is responsible for arranging and accelerating the flow of materials, parts, assemblies, and other materials according to schedules and priorities, and compiles and keeps manual or computerized records. The Production Control Coordinator works closely with multiple internal teams.

The Production Control Coordinator is responsible for arranging and accelerating the flow of materials, parts, assemblies, and other materials according to schedules and priorities, and compiles and keeps manual or computerized records. The Production Control Coordinator works closely with multiple internal teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Requisitions and kits material by job requirements according to priorities and material availability.
- Ensures materials and operations are transacted accurately for job quantity completions and receipts.
- Verifies quantity and part marking for material receipts.
- Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages.
- Record keeping, data entry, stock management.
- Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items
- Keeps inventory, loading areas, and inspection areas clean.
- Works closely with all internal teams when delivering product from the inspection area.
- Responsible for transacting all inventory transfers within the ERP/MES system and ensuring the product has the proper router/job with the material.
- Experience in using warehouse equipment (e.g. counting scales, forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Strong communication skills
- Dexterity and attention to detail
- Transactional experience in an ERP/MES system
- Microsoft Office experience preferred
- Organizational skills
- Ability to operate forklifts
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
