Gwynn's of Mount Pleasant, a locally owned high end retail store is looking for a smiling face to assist at our Customer Service Counter.
Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers with a smile
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicate with customers & vendors through various channels.
- Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability
- Process invoices, forms, file paperwork, and various other office administrative duties.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Answer phone, transfer calls, and follow up with any questions or messages
