As the Deskside Technician III, you will be responsible for supporting and troubleshooting the XPO end-user environment, and for executing device lifecycle management activities, including provisioning, fulfilling, deploying, supporting and dispositioning assets. What you’ll do on a typical day :

• Provide technical expertise and advice to Level I and II deskside technicians
• Act as the go-to technical expert, providing answers through experience, research or collaboration
• Provide troubleshooting and resolution of Tier 2 and 3 escalated technical issues
• Use SCCM, Powershell, Active Directory and other diagnostic and remediation utilities to identify, diagnose and correct issues
• Support, troubleshoot and train end users on Microsoft Office applications including O365 email and Outlook
• Execute duties through rotational services of deskside visits, phone troubleshooting, walk-in center and tech depot fulfillment center
• Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, thin clients, print services, telephony, AV equipment, etc.
