What you’ll do on a typical day :

• Lead and manage the RFP response process, from review to scope discovery to solution design, delivery and conclusion.
• Develop win strategies that address the client's pain points and meet or exceed their commercial expectations.
• Promote "game-changing" thinking and continuously generate new ideas to improve processes, service, efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Work closely with the Business Analytics and Design Engineering teams to get a solid understanding of the client's business and to drive a collaborative design process.
• Review the engineered labor standards developed by the Solutions Design Engineer for all process paths to identify opportunities and recommend process changes to improve the function and flow of the operation.
• Review and benchmark the solutions model, ensuring all elements of the cost structure accurately represent the design and process paths proposed, and that the operating parameters that drive the scope of the solution are correct and applicable to the industry.
• Post award, participate in internal and external collaboration sessions to identify any changes in scope (gap analysis) that could impact the solution design and / or pricing; leads the team to modify the solution package (layout, model, Solution Design), to reflect any qualitative changes.
• Manage, mentor, develop, and train Solution teams to help perform project work as well as strengthen skillsets on an ongoing basis.
