Quality Systems Lead - 1st Shift

1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 7 : 00am - 4 : 30pm

We’re always on the lookout for inspirational leaders who know how to get the best out of their team.As the Lead, Quality Systems is an hourly hybrid position that splits their time between two areas in Quality; Training and Internal Auditing. You will be responsible for executing effective employee onboarding and training programs and for conducting internal audits on processes for compliance with requirements.

What you’ll do on a typical day :

• Evaluate processes for compliance with quality requirement
• Assist in development of audit plans, audit schedules and conduct quality audits
• Identify processes, situations, etc., where organization is meeting requirements, as well as identify opportunities for improvement
• Schedule and conduct the new hire onboarding process, assign all new employees to the correct training roles, and audit all onboarding training requirements for completion
• Manage the QMS Employee Training Manager system and create customized system reports as needed.
• Conduct hands on training of employees on operational standards and procedures
• Recording operational proficiencies aligned with skill assessments
• Organize and execute a process for maintaining, filing, and storing all training records; both in hard copy and electronic formats.
• Documenting non-conformance, observations and recommendations for improvement
• Preparing and presenting quality audit and training status reports to management
