This position will focus on providing specialized, temperature-controlled storage and logistical support for human, animal, and agtech research materials. Ensure compliance with GLP, GCP, FDA, and USDA regulations for a range of investigational products and specimens.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for newly identified prospects, guiding them through proposal acceptance and contract execution.
- Foster strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders, positioning the organization as a leading provider of regulated storage solutions.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless transitions to the GXP-Storage Service Delivery team.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, proactively identifying and addressing their evolving business needs.
