Job Summary:
We are looking to add an experienced Organizational Change Management Leader to our current team. The Change Manager will collaborate closely with the internal leadership team, project teams, stakeholders, and end users to ensure a smooth transition, minimizing resistance and maximizing engagement and seamless adoption of new systems and processes. The Change Manager will lead the change management activities for the implementation of SAP, S/4 HANA, and/or Ariba systems. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in driving enterprise-wide transformation, familiarity with the SAP platform, exceptional communication, multi-tasking skills, and the ability to drive end-to-end organizational change management from developing/supporting RFP, SOW content, and internal/external OCM resourcing.
Key Responsibilities on a project:
- Change Management Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy tailored to the SAP, S/4 HANA, and/or Ariba implementation project. Assess change impact, identify stakeholders, and design targeted interventions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and manage a broad range of stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and involvement throughout the project lifecycle. Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to facilitate the change process.
- Communication: Design and deliver clear, consistent, and engaging communication plans and materials to support the change initiative. Ensure all stakeholders are informed about the changes, understand the benefits, and know what is expected of them.
- Training and Support: Oversee the development and delivery of training programs for users of the SAP, S/4 HANA, and/or Ariba systems. Ensure support mechanisms are in place to assist users during and after the transition.
- Resistance Management: Identify and address resistance to change, employing strategies to manage and mitigate concerns and barriers. Work closely with leadership and project teams to foster a culture that embraces change.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Establish KPIs/metrics and monitoring mechanisms (surveys etc.) to track the effectiveness of change management activities. Report on progress, challenges, and successes to the project team and senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in leading change management activities for enterprise-wide ERP implementations, preferably with SAP, S/4 HANA, and/or Ariba.
- Experienced in driving end to end OCM processes and deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess organizational readiness and drive strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, change management, information systems, or a related field.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is highly desirable.
- SAP Enable Now experience developing training materials or certification will be a plus.
