What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Sales Representative position at Gyga Force?
Our client is a 50-year-old manufacturer of embedded wireless connectivity modules (Wi-Fi and Bluetooth) who sells their products to OEM’s for integration into their products. They are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative with proven experience in technical sales and OEM markets to expand their customer base and drive revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Convert inbound leads – Respond quickly with tailored solutions.
- Turn interest into action – Qualify leads and highlight our edge.
- Grow the pipeline – Prospect via outbound calls in Non-OEM markets.
- Balance short & long-term deals – Manage diverse pipeline across partners.
- Drive off-the-shelf sales – Sell standard solutions, coordinate custom needs.
- Close strategic deals – Align customer needs with our offerings.
- Support customer success – Work with technical teams to resolve issues.
- Streamline sales ops – Ensure inventory and process efficiency.
- Enable channel partners – Train resellers to expand reach.
- Track & boost growth – Optimize outreach, exceed revenue targets.
- Build lasting relationships – Engage customers for long-term loyalty.
- Expand market presence – Represent at events to generate leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Electrical/Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 2 years in sales/business development, preferably in Hospital IT or electronic/networking equipment markets
- Proven success managing complex sales cycles (both short and long-term) and closing deals
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas
- Quick learner with ability to master technical products and solutions
- Skilled in Microsoft 365 suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation and writing abilities
