Which means, we know how to attract prospects who want to transform their lives through health & fitness.

And right now, we're hiring for two of our portfolio company's.

One which specializes in online fitness training for men & women over 35 using primarily Kettlebells, nutrition support, and accountability.

The other specializes in helping gym owners grow and scale their gym.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an Account Representative who will be the driving force behind our growth and expansion. As an AE, you will be responsible for closing deals and creating a pipeline of opportunities that will propel our company to unparalleled heights.

Our suite of products range from $2,000 to $20,000, and you will have the ability to earn commissions up to 20% plus residuals on deals closed.

Responsibilities:

  • Must take a minimum of 7 set consultations per day
  • You must prospect and generate your own set appointments when necessary to ensure you achieve your weekly goals
  • Proactively prospect potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and other creative outreach methods.
  • Conduct engaging and persuasive sales conversations to understand client needs, showcase the value of our solutions, and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, nurturing them throughout the sales cycle and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and problem solver.
  • Meet and exceed ambitious targets by consistently driving sales performance and relentlessly pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Be able to make a minimum of 100 outbound calls with our inbound list per day to set appointments for yourself
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies, refine messaging, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to stay ahead of the game and deliver exceptional value to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to intelligently connect and relate to high network individuals and business owners alike
  • Previous experience of at least 1 year in a sales role, preferably as an AE in a similar online high ticket position or in person fitness sales.
  • Desire to test the limits of your uncapped earning potential
  • A brazen mindset, characterized by a fearlessly ambitious drive to achieve greatness and a refusal to settle for anything less than extraordinary.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects through compelling messaging.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, showcasing your ability to overcome challenges and deliver exceptional results.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment and maintain a high level of productivity and accountability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt your approach to different client needs and objections.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, GoHighLevel, Zoom).
  • Demonstrates professional behavior reflective of Gym Academy’s Mission Statement, Philosophy, and Values.

This is a part remote, part in person job.

2-3 days per week you will be with the founder directly working in person. The other days you can be wherever the heck you want to be.
