At Growth Partners, we have over a decade’s worth of success scaling businesses. Currently, we have a portfolio of three businesses that we own and are scaling (all somewhat related to fitness).
Those businesses are:
- Consulting and marketing for gym owners
- Consulting and marketing for online personal trainers
- Online fitness training for men & women over 35
Prior to these, the founders both had gyms they scaled and exited.
The reason we are currently growing and scaling is we do not have an issue attracting leads for these businesses...
And right now, we're hiring for ALL of our portfolio company businesses.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative who will be the driving force behind our growth and expansion. As an SDR, you will be responsible for working leads, setting appointments, and creating a pipeline of opportunities that will propel our company to unparalleled heights.
Some call this an appointment setter position. I call this one of, if not the most, important roles in the sales team.
Our suite of products range from $4,500 to $21,500, and you will have the ability to earn commissions, bonuses, and of course, advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, text messages, emails, social media, and other creative outreach methods.
- You will also gain access to clients that are already buyers in our ecosystem
- Conduct engaging and persuasive sales conversations to understand client needs, showcase the value of our solutions, and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, nurturing them throughout the sales cycle and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and problem solver.
- Meet and exceed ambitious targets by consistently driving sales performance and relentlessly pursuing new business opportunities.
- Be able to make a minimum of 200 outbound calls per day
- Set a minimum of 4 appointments per day
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies, refine messaging, and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to stay ahead of the game and deliver exceptional value to clients.
Qualifications:
- Ability to intelligently connect and relate to high network individuals and business owners alike
- Previous experience of at least 1 year in a sales role, preferably as an SDR or in a similar outbound prospecting position.
- Desire to test the limits of your uncapped earning potential
- A brazen mindset, characterized by a fearlessly ambitious drive to achieve greatness and a refusal to settle for anything less than extraordinary.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects through compelling messaging.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, showcasing your ability to overcome challenges and deliver exceptional results.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment and maintain a high level of productivity and accountability.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt your approach to different client needs and objections.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, GoHighLevel, Zoom).

This is a hybrid work environment role. 2-3 days per week you will be in the office working directly with the founder. The other days - you can be wherever you want to be.
