Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Developmental Program Coordinator to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing play-based learning activities for children aged newborn to five years old. You will also assist with front desk duties, data entry, and cleaning/maintaining the overall appearance of our site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and lead interactive play-based learning activities for children aged newborn to five years old
- Assist with front desk duties, including answering phones, displaying and selling merchandise, and data entry
- Clean and maintain the overall appearance of our site
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong group leadership and customer service skills
- A playful and energetic teaching style
- Experience working with young children (an asset)
- Retail and customer service experience (an asset)
- A commitment to ongoing learning and program development
- A sense of humor
