Responsibilities:
1. Drive Field Engagement: Distribute promotional materials, including door hangers, brochures, tear-off flyers, yard signs and business cards, to target central Ohio communities
2. Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of field marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
3. Collaborate: work with internal teams to align field activities with overall business strategy
4. Opportunity to grow Marketing strategy, tactics and execution
Qualifications:
REQUIRED: Valid Drivers License
Reliable transportation
Interpersonal and communication skills
Previous experience in marketing, particularly in the fitness or wellness industry
Central Ohio local market and demographic knowledge
Must reside in Central Ohio
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools a plus
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle is a plus
