Note: must reside in central Ohio
Responsibilities
· Plan, choreograph, and lead a variety of group fitness classes that effectively cater to all fitness levels
· Provide modifications for participants with varying degrees of abilities and fitness goals
· Create and maintain a positive, high-energy and motivating environment during classes
· Promote proper form and technique to ensure safety of all participants
· Set up and clean fitness equipment before and after class
· Promote additional GYMGUYZ services
· Stay current on fitness trends and certifications
· Stay current on fitness trends and certifications
· Attend GYMGUYZ meetings (1:1s and team meetings)
Qualifications
· Current Group Fitness Group Instructor certification
· Current AED and CPR certification
· Proven experience effectively leading group fitness classes
· Strong communication and motivational skills
· Ability to work flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends and evenings
· Knowledge of fitness trends and safety guidelines
