About the Role: As a GYMGUYZ Personal Trainer, you’ll deliver personalized, in-home and on-site fitness sessions that truly change lives. You’ll design customized programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App, keeping clients engaged, motivated, and on track to meet their goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Transform Lives: Provide top-tier personal training to clients of all fitness levels.
- Personalized Programs: Tailor exercise routines that align with each client’s unique needs and preferences.
- Safety First: Educate clients on proper techniques and the benefits of a healthy lifestyle while ensuring their safety.
- Track Progress: Monitor and assess client progress, adjusting programs to ensure results.
- Be a Team Player: Attend team meetings, contribute to our sales efforts, and collaborate with like-minded fitness enthusiasts.
- Flexibility & Mobility: Travel to clients’ homes, managing your own schedule and using our state-of-the-art scheduling app.
What You Bring:
- Certified Expertise: Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
- CPR/AED Certified: Safety is key, and your certification ensures preparedness.
- Fitness Knowledge: A solid understanding of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
- Drive & Dedication: Willingness to travel to client locations and work flexible hours.
- People Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
