Birthday Party Director

Position: Part-Time

Schedule: Weekend Shifts Only

Responsibilities:

• Monitor Party Staff: Ensure team adherence to company policies.
• Safety First: Guarantee the safety of both staff and guests.
• Scheduling: Plan and manage the schedules of party staff.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with staff and clients.
• Excitement Creation: Innovate and implement new ideas to make our birthday parties unforgettable experiences.

Duties

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality are maintained across your department.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate staff while fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate events and programs that engage guests of all ages, including children’s activities.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution effectively to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality or event management.
• Strong public speaking abilities to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
• Experience working with children in recreational or educational settings is highly desirable.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on conflict management strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
