What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recreational Gymnastics Coach position at Gymnastics Nevada?
Gymnastics Nevada, located in Reno & Sparks, is one of the largest and most complete gymnastics facilities in the west. Our programs range from crawling toddlers through high level teenage recreational gymnastics as well as competitive teams. Our coaches are the backbone of the gym. It is important that they are upbeat, patient, consistent & have integrity. Gymnastics experience is not required. We will train the right person!
This is a part time position working with students ages 6-14.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet & welcome all students/families with a smile and warm hello
- Ensure all policies are followed with SAFETY in mind
- Ensure bands/belts are being worn
- Create consistency in classes
- Cleanliness of recreational area
- Create a pleasant atmosphere
- Continuing education through staff trainings
- Consistent attendance
- Teach our skills in a fun, safe & consistent manner

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Sparks, NV 89434: Relocate before starting work (Required)
