Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics and related sports, along with the ability to inspire and motivate young athletes. This role involves coaching gymnastic techniques, promoting physical fitness, and fostering a positive environment for skill development.
Duties
- Implement training programs tailored to the skill levels of individual gymnasts.
- Instruct athletes on proper techniques for various gymnastics events, including floor routines, vaulting, bars, and balance beam.
- Monitor and assess the progress of each gymnast, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
- Create a safe and supportive environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and respect among participants.
- Maintain equipment and ensure that all safety protocols are followed during training sessions.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any areas for improvement.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.66 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week
