Employment Status:Full-Time, Benefits EligibleLocation:On-Site at NEW Gymreapers’ HQ in Nampa, ID (20 mins outside beautiful Boise, ID)Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (flex according to business needs)Reports To: VP of SalesPosition Overview:Gymreapers is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to join our growing team. This position will help lead efforts to grow, manage, and oversee wholesale accounts and strategy. The Director of Sales will work alongside the VP of Sales to develop and implement Gymreapers wholesale strategy in an effort to drive profitable sales growth while working closely with a broad range of cross functional partners including: Brand, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and Motivate a lean high-performance sales team
  • Manage new customer acquisition and retention of existing customers
  • Assist with the evolution of expectations around customer value, channel mix, and spend as the business grows and expands
  • Assist with the development and execution of strategies for channel optimization, competitive pricing, and monetization opportunities
  • Open new accounts for Gymreapers while strategically prospecting large accounts such as gyms, supplement stores/chains, marketplaces, specialty, etc.
  • Manage existing accounts, maximizing sales volume, partner satisfaction, and customer success
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative approaches to targeted companies and customers
  • Maximize product penetration and margin amongst all Strategic Accounts
  • Execute overall business planning by analyzing revenue forecasting
  • Analyze sales reports to ensure both internal and external targets are aligned with revenue goals
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and strong drive for results
Qualifications:
  • 10( ) years of experience in Retail Field Sales / Wholesale
  • 7-10 years’ experience working on a sales team
  • Ability to mentor sales representatives to improve sales performance and business acumen
  • Ability to multitask and work toward various project milestones simultaneously
  • Ability to deliver concise and logical recommendations to demanding audiences both verbally and in written form
  • High proficiency integrating CRM strategies, technologies, data, analysis, and communications into the sale process
  • Comfortable working in a diverse environment while adapting easily to rapidly changing business conditions
  • Ability to quickly grasp both business and economic issues while proactively working towards best in class solutions
  • Ability to craft creative ways to solve complex issues among demanding parties and achieve “win- win” resolutions
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a high degree of self-confidence, charisma, and an excellent public speaker
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently, while under pressure
  • Operate with a strong sense of urgency, creating a results-driven, team-oriented environment
