Position Overview:
The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for assisting with Gymreapers' growth through innovative strategies, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will focus on paid customer acquisition across various social media channels to help the business grow profitably. This role will lead daily, weekly and monthly reporting on customer KPIs including customer count, marketing spend, CAC, ROAS, and MER.
This candidate should also be well versed in creative strategy that promotes paid channel growth and efficiency as we continue unlocking new audiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, e-commerce growth, and scaling businesses within the fitness or consumer goods space.

- Growth Strategy: Implement and execute comprehensive growth strategies to accelerate Gymreapers’ customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Focus on both short-term and long-term goals to drive scalable, sustainable growth
- Paid Advertising: Oversee paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok, working alongside other marketing team members to execute daily optimizations that exceed growth and efficiency targets.
- Brand Partnerships: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships that align with Gymreapers’ growth objectives. Establish relationships with key influencers, fitness athletes, and complementary brands to help drive growth.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage analytics and market research to evaluate customer behavior, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of growth campaigns. Continuously optimize strategies based on data insights
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives.
- Customer Acquisition: Manage paid and organic channels to drive new customer acquisition, including digital advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram), SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, and influencer partnerships
- Retention & Engagement: Develop strategies to improve customer retention, including email marketing, loyalty programs, and targeted campaigns to maximize lifetime value
- E-commerce Optimization: Optimize Gymreapers’ online presence, including the website and product pages, to improve conversion rates, drive traffic, and increase sales
- Growth Forecasting & Budgeting: Analyze core marketing KPIs such as CAC, ROAS and MER. Manage channel budgets to ensure that individual channels do not over spend or underspend.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or e-commerce
- Strong understanding of growth strategies, including digital marketing, customer acquisition, retention, and product scaling
- Experience in the fitness industry or with e-commerce brands is highly desirable
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, etc.), A/B testing, and optimizing conversion funnels
- A self starting attitude, ability to work independently and efficiently with little oversight or management.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Highly analytical, results-driven, and comfortable with making data-backed decisions
