Job Description :
Gymreapers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Graphic Designer to lead the visual branding efforts for our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all touchpoints of the brand consistently reflect the essence of Gymreapers. This role requires expertise in e-commerce, fashion / fitness, social media, paid ads, and a keen understanding of the creative process in the context of scaling product campaigns. The candidate must be able to effectively communicate their design ideas to the team and be able to lead all creative production on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Responsibilities :
1. Brand Development and Guidelines :
Assist Creative Director in developing and maintaining comprehensive brand visuals that encapsulate Gymreapers' identity and values.Ensure consistent representation of the brand across all platforms and mediums.Assist in creating new campaign ideas and concepts from inception to execution - this includes mood boards, collaborating with video / photo team members, influencing product design designs, and all the marketing assets to launch campaigns across all platforms.2. Visual Execution and Consistency :
Working under our Creative Director you will collaborate and inspire both internal and external production teams - working closely with the creative team to maintain brand guidelines.Collaborate with teams to ensure cohesive, consistent creative output.Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, including e-commerce, email, performance marketing, content, influencers, events, and product development.3. Marketing Assets :
Bring creative expertise and talent to bring campaigns to life on social media, performance marketing and paid ads.Develop iterations of concepts for ad campaigns to test in our paid performance channels.Create visuals for email marketing that match our brand and specific campaignsCreate assets to be used across our website for marketing campaigns (Site header, banners, landing pages, etc)Help develop designs for new product pages and layouts for our own website; as well as Amazon Premium PagesCreate designs for experiential events and displaysIn-store marketing assets to be displayed in wholesale retail; could include banners, wall sets, end cap displays, etc.5. Process Improvement :
Optimize creative processes and file structures to enhance departmental efficiency.Collaborate with the Project Management team to maintain organized tracking of all creative projects and initiatives.6. Metrics and Analysis :
Understand and analyze performance marketing metrics to inform creative strategies.Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into Gymreapers' creative approach.Qualifications :
