The VP of Marketing will lead the development of the marketing team and brand strategy alongside the founder, shaping positioning, target audience insights, and market differentiation. This role will drive brand awareness and demand generation across all distribution channels (wholesale, direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, etc.), focusing on both customer acquisition , customer retention , and brand building .This position directly manages marketing, brand, creative, and digital leaders, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
