We are seeking an energetic and passionate Preschool Tumbling Teacher to join our dynamic team and inspire our little learners through gymnastics and movement!

**Position Overview:**  
As a Preschool Tumbling Teacher, you will be responsible for introducing young children to the fundamentals of tumbling in a safe and engaging manner. You will design age-appropriate lessons that help develop coordination, strength, flexibility, and confidence while fostering a love for physical activity. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, patient, and skilled in working with preschool-aged children, creating a positive, encouraging environment for their growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**  
- Lead preschool tumbling classes, introducing basic gymnastics and movement techniques.  
- Develop and implement lesson plans that are safe, fun, and engaging for young children.

- Focus on developing key motor skills, balance, flexibility, and strength through creative activities.  
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during class, monitoring behavior and providing positive reinforcement.  
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding their child’s progress and any concerns.  
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe tumbling space.  
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to ensure an integrated learning experience for students.

**Qualifications:**  
- Experience teaching preschool-aged children (ages 3-5), preferably in a tumbling, gymnastics, or physical education setting.  
- Knowledge of basic tumbling and gymnastics techniques, with an understanding of how to adapt them for young children.  
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage young children in a fun and supportive manner.  
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.  
- Certification in CPR/First Aid preferred, or willingness to obtain.  
- A background in early childhood education or physical education is a plus.
