Established gynecology office seeking a bright, friendly, motivated individual for the Front Office. The candidate we are seeking must have compassion for patients, a professional appearance, excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, a strong ability to be punctual/at work daily, and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Claims follow up
- Verifying benefits
- Gaining insurance benefits for in-office procedures and surgeries
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Checking in and checking out
- Collecting co-pays, co-insurance, and balances
- Updating patient demographics
- General office duties
- Keeping the reception area tidy
- Working well with other staff members for the betterment of the patient
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
